My FE is in the shop getting the HV battery recall work done finally. I asked them to make sure all the software updates get done. I'll report back if anything happens. Haven't had anything since June. Yes, I'm in EA.

For the record, I decided no to wait for the OTA updates for BC 1.3 and 10.1.1 and used FDRS for the first time over the weekend to update to all that. I really had hoped to get it all OTA. I'm going to mention my disappointment to Ford at the Cars & Coffee Event at Electrify Expo this coming weekend in Austin at COTA.

Glad to hear the update is still being rolled out and isn't on hold like so many updates have been. I will continue to wait impatiently.

The latest info I had is BC 1.3 for all existing models, including 2021, is very much in the works -- it's just going slowly
Are we talking normal human slow, Mach-e forum slow (3.336 microseconds), or geologic time scale slow? ;)

In my experience, this means your 12v didn’t have enough charge. Drive it for something like 30 minutes. I believe 12v doesn’t charge unless the HV is charging or you are driving it.
And if you don’t have a GT avoid using 12v accessories while driving to charge the 12v as the non GT has a smaller transformer.
I believe when the SoC of the 12v is below 40% it also charges from the HV.

the problem is bigger software updates need more battery and so the threshold for the 12v SoC is higher.
For 2 days I've noticed that I'm stuck on a Not Completed error:
