Looks like Software update [SU] 12 was for earlier year models and SU 13 will be coming to newer models! Take this info with a grain of salt as usual, found on reddit through the F150 Lightning sub reddit.

I wouldn't hold your breath that it will arrive anytime soon. Also queue the mass amount of posts stating "when will I receive the SU?"

Summary of Software Update 13 (SU13):

SUMMARY

The upcoming Over-The-Air (OTA) Software Update 13 (SU13) delivers a range of enhancements designed to improve the in-vehicle technology experience for Ford and Lincoln Digital Experience vehicles and SYNC vehicles. For vehicles with SYNC 4 or SYNC 4A, SU13 extends the features and improvements introduced in SU12 to additional Ford and Lincoln vehicles and model years, along with new bug fixes and system improvements.

DETAILS

This update includes the following new features and enhancements:

Ford and Lincoln Digital Experience
  • Google Cast: Turn your parked vehicle into a theater with Google Cast.
  • Custom Vehicle Actions: You can now interact with your vehicle's Google Assistant using natural voice commands, keeping your hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road.
  • Kickstart: While parked, your touchscreen shows curated tips highlighting vehicle features and capabilities. (Note: Kickstart cards appear only for eligible users, for example, those who haven't set up Ford Connectivity+.)
  • Subscription Management: This update introduces a QR code pointing to the Ford app where you can browse available features and manage your active subscriptions right from the vehicle.
SYNC
  • Battery Preconditioning with Apple Maps EV Routing in CarPlay: Apple Maps EV Routing in CarPlay can now precondition your vehicle's battery for DC Fast Charging.
  • ePrivacy: In line with our commitment to transparency, we've updated your privacy settings to include more choices for certain uses of connected vehicle data, like product improvement. You can now easily manage these preferences under the Connectivity settings menu on the touchscreen.
  • Improved Charge History Tracking: Electric Vehicle and Plug-in Hybrid Vehicle owners will see an improvement in the accuracy of charge history.
  • Trailer and Towing Interface Fixes: Bug fixes have been implemented to make on-screen towing menus more user-friendly, enhancing the towing experience.
  • Apple CarPlay/Android Auto Connectivity Improvements: Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are now more responsive, with quicker connections, smoother startup, and a more integrated in-vehicle experience within SYNC.

This would be nice - my 2025 hasn't seen a single update since April, I was beginning to wonder if we were forgotten
Lol some haven't seen a year of updates.

Ford has a lot to learn...

They’re adding a QR CODE!!!! Finally!
Great, so I can remove one hand from the steering wheel to fiddle with the windshield wipers and another hand to fiddle with my phone to scan the QR code. And if I’m fortunate enough to be using BlueCruise hands free, I can look forward to being nagged because, at that point, there’s no way I’m paying any attention to the driving environment 😃😃😃
