Sound Setting Issue

Hey all! Sorry for reintroducing this topic. I’m mainly hoping Ford sees it. Just bought my Mach E last week. Absolutely love it. I just get annoyed that my tone settings never save. I have done the “workarounds” and the B&O speaker system seems to just reset back to 0. It’s a bit disappointing considering how pricey the car is.

has anyone had any better luck of a fix whether it be through software or working with Ford?

I had the same issue with my 2024 I got in August of last year. Not sure if it was from an update, but at some point it did start to hold the audio settings.

Quesiton: so after you changed the audio settings....did you then press and hold the memory button (1, 2 or 3) on the door panel to re-save your profile?

I do that with every change I make to the car lol. Still doesn’t make a difference in my case

You’ve probably already done all of the necessary steps - but just in case:

I had issues with some of my settings not saving, even though I’d pressed and held my profile button for several seconds. This was with PAAK. Eventually I went back into my profile settings and noticed that even though PAAK was turned on, it wasn’t checked in my profile settings. So, PAAK would work to get in and start the car, but not for my other settings.

I know if I hit the eq reset button, whatever I do after doesn’t hold, it will go back to the settings that it was on before I hit reset. I think if I just change them without hitting reset, that may hold. I can’t remember for sure, will have to check It out again.

I had this same issue on my 24 Premium back ib January.

You have to create a uaer profile in the screen app, SYNC. Once you do that, the settings will save.

It does seem to hold when I just change the eq, as long as I don’t push the reset button first. I wonder if the reset button is a feature where you can change your eq for a particular song or playlist and then will return next time you get into the car?
