I had it handled at a garage/inspection/gas station near me with good reviews for their service.
The fact that they were detailing a Tesla or doing something to it reassured me a little bit.
The only delay was that they told me that they got locked out of their inspection computer and had to call tech support or something, but once they got that sorted, it was straightforward and I got the sticker. I did joke with them whether the delay was with checking the engine oil on it.
