Car bricked AGAIN with Stop Safely Now on major 65 mph road after experiencing the same thing about one year ago. I thought it was fixed last time, but I guess not. Car is a 2022 Premium Extended range manufactured in Oct 2022. After almost three months in the shop last December-February , they replaced the "Internal harness and BECM." Has worked since then, until this week, other than getting occasional "battery depleted" when charged at 80% (which fixes itself after about an hour). Any thoughts on what might be happening? All updates and recalls installed. Low voltage battery fully charged. I am dreading this sitting in the shop for another three months 240 miles away. If so, I will have been without the car for six months!!! HELP!!

HVBJB? Also, your closest dealer is 240 miles away?

I was on vacation (240 miles away) when car broke down (both times). They told me the first time that HVBJB not the problem and car manufacture date was after the issue was supposedly resolved.

Time to find a new place to vacation? Or do you just love Chernobyl in the Autumn?
Seriously though, that's bizarre this would happen in the same location.

all Mach-Es can have their HVBJB fail, the newer the vehicle the less frequent

Battery depleted sounds like the BECM has gone bad, or you have bad cells. Definitely get Ford CS involved with this repair.

BECM replaced in February. Only a few thousand miles driven since then.
