My wife just got the dreaded SSN message while driving. She was able to drive home. We have a 2022 SR RWD and haven't had any issue except for Pre-collision assist error that came and went a few months ago with the dealer refusing to repair. Don't know if it's HVBJB, it's rare for SR RWD to have HVBJB issues. Would anyone be able to check for this new error code for us?

Sorry to see you going through this. Go to the FDRS thread and post your VIN. Ask for the volunteers to look up your car’s Diagnostic Test Codes (DTCs). ??

I'm just seeing a lost communication code with BECM. If you turn the car on now, is the error still present? If not then you're good and don't have to bring it to a dealer.

? It was a waste of time. They asked some identifying info and never heard from them again. The people in this forum are way more helpful.

They do not do it publicly to help the forum or for all to see what help it actually is. Talking to someone may or may not help depends on how that goes. I know for my second HVJB replacement talking to Ford helped. I think I would touch base with someone and have it logged. Let your dealer know at least. A confused system throwing errors is not the way things should be working.
