Ordered Sept 30 2020, build week was May 30 (5/30/2021) was updated like others to 1/30/2021 but see an update that I AM NOW IN PRODUCTION!!

Which color interior? I ordered the gray, and I'm wondering if that contributed to your (and my) unusually long wait time.

Unfortunately there isn't a solid answer to this question. The tracking sheet, which has limited data, appears to be trending towards intervals between order and production of less than 3 months, and recent posts have discussed intervals as short as 60 days. Given Ford's long history with mass production, and continued improvement in global supply chains, I would venture to guess this interval will continue to shrink as the year progresses, but it's going to be a slowly varying process, not a systematic jump. I'd be surprised if you don't get a "scheduled for production" update in the next couple of weeks.

It’s all over the board. The global chip shortage is causing Ford massive delays unfortunately. I would plan to wait 6-8 months for delivery.

It took a little over 3 months to get our build date. Finally received this past Thursday. We ordered on 2/18 and build date of 7/5.
