thanks- this worked for me too. Seeing the window sticker makes it feel more real, even if my car apparently doesn't exist yet in the metal.I successfully got mine by following these instructions: https://seg.fyi/mache-vin/#/ (was later confirmed by the dealer)
Ford account now says "Vehicle Reported Sold, 8/22/2021"Interesting. Maybe the dates will be moving to the left soon. It still shows up under "Reservations" on my Ford.com account even though I cancelled it. I'll re-post if and when I see updates.
Just noticed a new value in the raw details data - a value called "etaStartDate" with "2021-09-29" in it. Any speculation on what that might mean? etaEndDate still shows "2021-10-05".It's hard to say what criteria they use to calculate the ETA. In some cases the originally assigned date seems to try to account for any known delay, while in others it clearly doesn't. And sometimes it's just a generic "safe" placeholder. And when the date gets reassigned (if it does), especially when that happens upon the vehicle finally completing assembly, it tends to be more accurate. But not always, unfortunately.
It means that is the estimated delivery date range.Just noticed a new value in the raw details data - a value called "etaStartDate" with "2021-09-29" in it. Any speculation on what that might mean? etaEndDate still shows "2021-10-05".
No need for speculation - we know exactly what that means.Just noticed a new value in the raw details data - a value called "etaStartDate" with "2021-09-29" in it. Any speculation on what that might mean? etaEndDate still shows "2021-10-05".
Interesting. None of the other usual places to check (https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/status, myvehicles on ford.com, https://www.macheforum.com/site/pages/tracker/) reflect anything other than start of production (2021-08-19) - nothing about shipping or even completing the build. No need for speculation - we know exactly what that means.
That's the date that makes up the beginning of the estimated delivery window. Ford displays it in their tracker at the top of the screen once the vehicle ships. But the other two don't display it. Why? I don't know. I wish they did.
