It's certainly possible. A person I talked to at the rail yard did say that 2 more Mach E's appeared to have the same issue. Do you know if your car got off the train at the Roper yard near Salt Lake City to be trucked in the rest of the way?

Lame that the dealer won't get you a VVR - maybe they just don't know how.

They know how, they flat out said they didn't want to give it to me because they didn't have to. They won't give any updates either besides "Its coming".

The cars for here go all the way to Seattle first then another train to Portland then trucked to the dealers.

As much as I hate to say it, that kind of behavior would make me wary that they intend to do right by you. Not sure if you've discussed price with them, but I'd bet they will try to mark it up and would be fine if you just walked away so they could sell it marked up even more to someone else. I hope that's not true but they sure are being asses for no other good reason. I've watched the people at my dealership pull up a VVR when I asked for it and it took all of 2 minutes.

Yeah I am very wary of them. I have alternatives if they decide to not follow through. We've discussed price and I have emails backing it up but still.

Same build week as me. Oddly, I didn't get an email telling me that was my build week until about a week after that date. Still no change on the site beyond the production week.

I finally recieved my Mach-E Premium ER RW. Ordered on April 19 expected delivery on 11/18 but dealership called to notify it was delivered.

Dealership honored x-plan plus recieved 600 finance rebate. Unfortunately I missed the 1500 clean air rebate by 1 day and only recieved 750. Overall dealership was pretty good.

Side note, I did not recieve any divider in the frunk (not complaining) and also recieved 2 key fobs.
