So you are confirming this is an EA release ?
Nope not at all. It’s not been released there either as far as I know. It I live in an area without Tesla Superchargers so I wouldn’t really care anyway.

I may sound like a broken record, but I can set my watch by it, but there will be people in EA whom will post to this forum 4 to 6 months from and say that they still haven't received the update. That's more of a reflection on Ford not being very good at software update rollouts as Tesla. And that sucks bc this update very important.

If you don't travel and use your L2 at home, DCFC stations wouldn't apply to you. There are no Superchargers in my area also but I will be taking a 500 mile trip in a couple of months so an adapter may come in handy then.

Hmmmmm suspicious, "I have not signed or agreed to an NDA" sounds like something an NDA signer would say!!
Na. Some on the forum think that if a person says something is coming they're in EA. Like Farley saying something is coming. EA Exaggeration Anomaly

Not directly tied to the "maybe" update, It appears that Tesla was shooting a video to showcase other cars charging at Superchargers.

Maybe I should not have linked to that tweet, I may have unknowingly signed a Tesla NDA too.

I’m taking a 2,100 mile trip late march. Not sure we’ll have it by then but that would be great if so!

Folks it’s happening. If I had to guess, Tesla will say the SCs are open before Ford gets around to sending out the adapters.

He lives in Hawaii (Big Island), so different situation from the rest of us. He literally has no SCs his car can get to. ?

Are they still called "tweets"?... either way, I'm pretty sure you are contractually bound to an NDA the minute you use X...

Could be, but probably not for anyone to use (other than employees testing) since Ford is supposed to be the first in line to get the adapters.

But yes, I would expect Tesla to "flip the switch" before we get the adapters. As someone previously noted, we know a bunch of people will rush out in the first 90 seconds after getting their adapter to try it. Having it fail because Tesla hadn't activated the chargers for it first would look bad.

That’ll vary by location. A location that I travel frequently to in FL is 18 cents cheaper than EA and EvGo.
Yep. The magic dock station near me is a few cents cheaper than EA (if you don’t have the EA pass, which I don’t because I fast charge so little).

Then again, EA is charging .12¢ more than almost all the chargers near me - EA can honestly get bent. I hate EA so much that I’ll pay more to not have to use it just to stick it to EA. VW should have been forced to pay up the billions for cheating their emissions and the money should’ve went to charging providers who actually care about making a decent charging network.

Keep in mind the Supercharger is likely going to be the most expensive charging option.
I'll pay extra for the convenience. Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania toll roads have Superchargers in their travel Plazas. EA and EVgo, you have to exit the Turnpike, and the chargers are usually backed up, broken, or a combination of both.
