Two SYNC navigation questions:
1. Is there a way to remove a business POI from the map? Oddly there is a business, we'll call it "Joe's Bait Shop" to keep it anonymous, that is located on my residential street right next to my house (my street is completely residential, not zoned for businesses). Because my home is right next to Joe's Bait Shop, the myTrends starts to notice I go there a lot and instead of asking if I want to go home, it asks if I'd like to go to Joe's Bait Shop. Does anyone know how I can remove this business from the map so it doesn't associate with my home address? It is a minor annoyance but it would be nice to be able to remove the POI from the map.

2. Along with all the OTA updates we are getting, are the maps included? I ask because I like the built in charging stops with the navigation but if the maps never update (like all my previous GM cars unless you pay $100-200), it would be unfortunately because new chargers will be coming online all the time.

So, I live at 712 mockingbird circle. I have neighbors at 713 mockingbird circle and 711 mockingbird circle. Despite the fact that I’ve set my home location as 712 mockingbird circle, when I get home, the stupid nav system insists on saying the car is at 713 mockingbird circle. Worse, if I try to plan a route, it always starts at 711 mockingbird circle. And yes, it correctly SHOWS my car at 712 mockingbird circle, as does FordPass. FordPass also has this annoying behavior. I live in a townhouse, but it’s not THAT small!

My car was doing that all the time until I got the first OTA update and then it was just saying "Home".

We discovered on the Focus Electric that the map system would snap the locations to a grid. Sometimes a grid point is on your house and sometimes it isn't.

Apparently, that is a very widely spaced grid.

I also have a neighbor with a business. I had to turn off "My Trends" to stop the car from thinking we were going there.

The car does know our address, but never showed the trend as going home.

I haven’t searched, but I recall a post indicating you could edit a suggested destination name. The example given was two businesses sharing the same address.

I've had one OTA update a week or so ago but no change in display. I picked up my car on 3/17, so I'm not sure if that is the 'first' or the 'second' OTA update. I turned off the pre-determined destination setting I saw in the other thread mentioned for now.
