JD Power, Consumer Reports, Edmunds, etc they'll print anything that helps with advertising dollars and marketing revenue.
Survey any Mach-E owner here and ask how many would purchase a second one, or survey any Tesla group and ask the same question, I'd estimate more than 90%, if not more, would answer with a yes. Most BEV owners seem to eventually gravitate towards another BEV because they are so happy with the product. 10 months ago I asked my wife if she was ever interested in getting her own BEV and she said no. After driving mine over this past winter while I was working from home, she decided she wanted one so now we're both fully electric.
I'll probably see the same thing happen here. After a year or so, the significant other may want to make the switch from gas to electric once they get spoiled with the benefits of an electric car and get over the range anxiety.
