Too many haven't actually looked to see IF they can pull in between two chargers. Tesla has removed bollards at many locations, and the curb will clear the underside, at least on the non-GT models. Pull up with camera, get out, check height (or have passenger check it). Pull forward with nose between both chargers. Plug in.
This assumes that the MME in question has a camera. Many do not... ??

So I have used a few super charging stations the last few weeks and it’s not easy. All of the stations close to me have really short cords and I have had to block two spots at a time at some really busy places.

There has also been two times that I could not charge even with some spots open because of the lack of reach of the cable. So I guess this isn’t all it’s cracked up to be after all.
Tell you what: since you think they’re almost worthless you can stick with EA, etc. and leave those almost worthless Superchargers for the rest of us to use.

For what it’s worth, Tesla understands the problem and their newly refreshed sites are modified to have stalls that are parallel to the parking stall. This eliminates the problem. At other sites the have removed the ballard at the right most stall making it easier to park closer.

OP dropped off the planet after the response to his post. Looks like he didn't get the reaction he was wanting.

Still throwing things off by pulling in and taking a charger to the left when Tesla backs in and takes charger to the right. Unless you can get the spot furthest to the right.

please...continue to whine and complain about having access to the largest charging network available, that's what keeps this thread fresh! My friend who drives a Bolt saw this thread and was like "wtf" I would kill to be able to use Tesla stations...and you people are bitching about it? Then he called the complainers twatwaffles, but I don't know what that means....lol

This is what the vast majority of the Tesla chargers I have used looked like. No problem if you block a spot. I used their network for the majority of my 3000 mile road trip and it was never a problem. I never ran into a site the I couldn’t charge at.

What's weird with Tesla charging locations is they are either completely empty, or completely full. There almost never seems to be an in-between, at least that I've seen. It's really strange.

Yeah, I've often thought that the petroleum industry had this figured out long, long, long, long ago. If they made EV stations just like gasoline stations then pretty much every problem is solved including those who tow.
