That's what I was thinking. Puzzled how that update was applied then.
No APIM update for my 21 GTPE yet.

Gotta be some special access someone had / was given at that dealer. Pretty nice xmas gift....

Showing a GWM for my ‘22 with and offline scan. We’ll see what shows up after I hook up and do that.

Someone posted in an other post that with the completing the gateway module, the APIM update appears.

I wonder if it’s only for 2022 models at this point.
Could be? I’d also like to know if the 3.6.x updates are a prerequisite for the 4.x updates. Many haven’t received the 3.6.x OTAs; you included, right?

I have a problem. GWM showed available, then disappeared.

FDRS showed I had 3 updates: PCM, SOBDMC, and GWM. I selected the first one, PCM, which also downloaded the SOBDMC. These installed without any problem and FDRS said successful.

However, after that GWM update disappeared.

It now appears that GWM and APIM is showing incompatible software, and I can't figure out how to get GWM to re-download or get back into a state where it will flash the right software version.

I'm suspecting that the GWM update is a dependency but Ford didn't mark it properly.

Anyhow, anyone have ideas on how to fix whatever went wrong here? My VIN is 3FMTK4SX6MME00880 if anyone wants to look me up there and help figure this out. THANKS

Actually I just did some searching and it appears the PMI procedure might do what I need here. Crossing fingers and trying this on the GWM
