I think you're on the wrong tab. The SW Update tab is what lists the available updates for your car. If there's nothing listed there, you're up to date.

I’m not up to date. RFA always is saying unsuccessful.

Well I'm not sure that would help....

What I would try next is running the RFA Configuration tool. (1)

If that doesn't work, then run the PMI on the RFA (2) and say "No" if you're asked if the original module is still installed.

No risk, it re-downloads the software and asbuilt configuration as if it was a new module.

When I first enabled BlueCruise on my '21 model in Feb of '22 we didn't have this tool. It just automatically got enabled once all the files were updated. After the updates I got a notification by email and in FordPass that BlueCruise trial was now enabled for a year.

In your case, I have already checked the vehicle subscriptions and there is no BlueCruise subscription listed as available for your VIN. You have some listed subscriptions that you don't have enabled, but BlueCruise isn't one of them.

Example, no BC subscription listed:

You can certainly try running the APIM-Enable BlueCruise Prep Kit to see what happens.

PAAK and everything Bluetooth related.

My Lightning has a RFA update still in the list because it won't clear. It's possible that the RFA update for your car is a defective update.

If your Bluetooth is working and PAAK is working well, then I'd leave it alone.
