Even if you get that in writing, you might have to get a lawyer involved before they will actually do that. They REALLY hate doing full updates.

Good luck with that. For both my cars, I “negotiated” module updates, and then when I picked up the car, they hadn’t and subsequently refused to. Fortunately I got the equipment to do it myself.

The login help says if you can't log in to FDRS, first try to login to the https://www.motorcraftservice.com site.

Yes, it works on www.motorcraftservice.com, it is where I've just bought the licence.

The license key must be same of employee mail. In motorcraft account you can assign more employees. You can create a new email in motorcraft as employee and link with the main account (It works for me in Spain)
