yes, had AS4s put on a few months ago (and posted one of the many threads here about it :)) and it's a wonderful upgrade. great traction dry and wet and increases comfort. pricey but worth it. only thing better all the PS4 but they wear faster.

have had hankook ions (relatively low cost, not as comfy, not any more quiet, not as grippy or good at handling, but decently long wearing) and conti dws (more than hankooks but less than PS AS4s usually, very comfy but handling not as sharp as the michelin, decently quiet and grip).

Hi all, I am going to be replacing the summer Pirelli tires that came on my 22 gtpe and wondering if you guys have any recommendations for all season tires? I’m leaning towards the Michelin Pilot a/s 4. Is that a good tire or do you guys recommend something else?

Yeah, any new tire is going to give you a range hit, as new tires have more rolling resistance than a worn tire. The key will be to see what the range is like later in their lifespan, then you can really compare them.
Respectfully, I have over 125,000 miles on the Smurfmobile, and this is my 4th set of tires. And, I’ve had them for over a year now. I stand by what I said.

I went with Pirelli Scorpion Zero AS Plus 3, sizing up in width to 255, and I have been very happy with them in all weather conditions (have not tried snow yet.) Even with ~10k miles on them they've have better traction than the OEM summer Pirelli's on the GTPE; I can barely get any slippage even when cold. They are pretty quiet too.

My 2021 Mach e standard GT came with
Continental CrossContact RX
tires, specifically in size 245/45R20 103H XL,
After 4+ year and 45,000 miles these show very little wear, and handle beautifully, especially in windy mountain roads. I will replace with the same when I'm done with them.

I have 2021 GT and have replaced the OEMs with CONTI DWS06 PLUS. This has made a HUUUUGE difference in handling and bump absorption!!! The old OEMs where horrible. The CONTI DWS06 PLUS are a great improvement. The only con is a slight decrease in mileage, but I am ok with that. 2.8 vs 2.5 kWh

Just got my DWS06+ installed today. Obviously haven't put them through any thorough tests in one day, but I do have about 600km of driving to do in the next week.

So far though...noticeably quieter, and the ride just feels softer all-around. Like going from a dress shoe to a sneaker.

I've always loved the feel of new tires.

You weren’t “basically agreeing with” me. You were trying to dismiss what I was saying.

Made my decision and was torn between the Michelin A/S 4's and the Conti DWS06's. I bought the Conti's this morning and waiting for installation. They were a bit cheaper with a better mail in rebate and from what I've heard the performance is very comparable to the A/S 4's. Fingers crossed I made the right choice lol.

After having mine on for almost 2 weeks, with a decent amount of driving on them, I think the DWS06's are great. I cannot speak on how they compare to the A/S 4's, but the ride is great in comparison to the Pirellis that came with the GTPE, and I don't feel as though much is lost in the way of handling or performance. And I actually haven't noticed as much of a range loss as I have seen posted on here. I was expecting ~10%, but I'd wager it's maybe 5% at the worst. My drive to-and-from Edmonton a week and a half ago was very close to my usual range numbers.

you’ll enjoy the DWS+ 06 a lot. Friend of mine had them on his 4X and said they were great. I doubt there will be any noticeable difference in range. With the Hankook iON A/S tires you’d probably get 20+ miles more range over the stock Pirelli set.

Well after the first day driving on the Conti’s. I have to say that there is a very noticeable improvement in ride quality and noise. Ride feels less harsh and these tires are definitely much quieter. Handling feels very comparable to the summer Pirelli tires. The improvements could just be the new treads but I’m very happy so far.
