Turn by turn missing from instrument display

I don't think I've ever had IPC directions when using Waze and CarPlay.

I use Apple Maps exclusively and have the turn by turn directions on my IPC and always have since I purchased the car in 08/2021. However, I never know what software version I am on since I never receive OTA updates because I use FDRS to update my car. As far as I know it is up to date since there are no updates showing in FDRS but could there be OTA updates that are newer than what would show up in FDRS?

Mine came back today using Android Auto with Waze. I sent logs earlier in the week and switched to carplay with Waze then came back to Android and it worked ?‍

Yup, seems to be working again. I wanted to give it a few days before posting. I never did submit a log. Thanks to those that did. It might well have been the reason for the fix. Just in time as I have my first road trip of the summer.

It was multiple car brands being impacted (saw a few articles about it.). Glad to hear that it might be on the mend
