My dealer has told me my FE delivery has slipped to 2nd week of August. Gutting. Weighing up taking deliver of my original order which is destined for June, or waiting until August... I suspect I will wait, but it’s going to painful.

Could someone please help me with a link to check ship departures from Veracruz? I’ve trawled more pages than I’d have liked on this thread looking for a link to no avail. Would be much appreciated... @portlandg as our Shipping Guru, is this something you might have?

Norway is not part of the EU and somehow they are managing to get them faster than UK.... I think is just a matter of how Ford UK cares for his customers.
Ford Europe isn't Ford EU. I assume it is just a corporate body that covers the European area.

They have 2 ships a week from Antwerp to Liverpool. I think next one is Atlantic Sky which just arrived in Antwerp.
Just checked with my partner. Our dealer definitely mentioned a possible route in via a new liverpool route but qualified with "if it comes by this new route it will be quicker for us to received it".

Just been onto https://www.at.ford.com/content/atford/foe/ger/de/homepage.html and in the article about the arrival of (953) MME's into Drammen yesterday the quote below was made by the CEO Ford Motor Norway.

"We keep all customers who have ordered a Mustang Mach-E up to date with all important stations of the vehicle by e-mail. We will inform you as soon as we can confirm that the vehicle is on the way of transport when it has arrived in Europe and then again shortly before the delivery date."

It is a great shame that the CEO of Ford Motor UK can't learn from his Norwegian counterpart. How difficult can it be. Mind you, that does somewhat assume that our Norwegian friends HAVE actually been getting said emails. Would be interesting to hear from them.

Good for you if it happens but I think it is more cost effect to deliver to one port in bulk and then road transport from there. Most cars that are built in Northern Europe are taken to Flushing and shipped to Dagenham and then distributed from there. It is usually only vehicles that are made in Southern Europe/Turkey that are shipped to Southampton.
Having said that, given FordUK's organisation up to now, anything is possible.

Praise the powers that be, F12 works again.

"SHIPPED" on the 23/04/21. Am I correct in thinking this doesn't mean a ship, but that actually it left the factory on a train on that date?

Hmmm, marketing, I got my email 18.3.2021 and is stil in Antwerp/Zeebrugge ... -there are missing 3000 MME in Norway ... Yesterday I wrote to marketing director, and asked for more propper clear, accurate information to customer on production and delivery. Ower delays cost also! - Customer before Owner!

I never had any emails on when my car has arrived anywhere. I always had to reach out to gwt any info. Of the 953 who arrived in Drammen 16 (of a total 20) was going to my dealer. Mine is still on the dock in Zeebrugge ?

Just goes to show that the general apathy towards their customers is Worldwide. I know I won't (after nearly 40 years) be buying another Ford.

That is a load of PR-rubbish, we've gotten the same random-timed emails as you guys, I'm afraid.

It is just a shame that those who should know better have got no idea what is actually happening in their businessess and just what they think of the people that buy their product. If I ran my business in this way I would be dead in the water within weeks. I think this car has just highlighted how behind the curve Ford really are.
