So.. I have been following our Dutch friends who have started receiving deliveries.

They have been able to track the software updates on their cars using a system calld FordEtis. This shows when the PTI (not sure what the acronym stands for) for the ECUs on the car are last checked/updated. I remember @portlandg mentioning there are quite a few software modules that need to be individually checked and updated. If Ford Etis has a date AFTER it arriving in Antwerp it most likely means the car as been through the Aktrion QA process. In fact, for our dutch friends, it appears that the cars are arriving at dealers about a week or two after the last PTI update date on FordEtis.

Unfortunately this is not the case for UK cars, between my business partner and I we have two cars on order, one was on the Grande Houston and has a PTI update date of 29th March, and mine was on the Immacolata and has a PTI update date of 20th April, this corresponds to an updated "compound in" date as it moved from Aktrion back to the holding area in Antwerp. Obviously neither car is at the dealer yet!

However I felt it would be useful for a lot of us as it tells us fairly definitively if our cars has been through the QA process yet or not. All you need is your VIN, please see the pictures below

Step 1 - go to https://www.etis.ford.com/vehicleRegSelector.do and enter your VIN in the box as per pic

etis1.webp

Step 2 - on the next page, click on the "View PTI information"

etis2.webp

Step 3 - Expand the second box which mentions the Electronic Control Units for your VIN

Step 4 - Check the date on the far right column

etis4.webp

This will be your production date if the car has not been through the QA yet, and it will be a date after arrival in Antwerp if the car has already been through QA.

Hopefully as enough cars go through QA and other cars arrive in Antwerp they will start to shift the cars in Dagenham and we will have ours soon!
mine was 13th April just as I thought. Thanks, really good data on there!!!

Mine is in a time warp it says 01/01/1970 ??. But everything else seems to show its not been touched since compound in 6th April.
I know everyone has had their dates pushed back as have I which is now 29th May and 10 weeks from date memo was sent to my dealer saying expect 5 to 10 weeks from Antwerp. As usual there is no logic in how these are being done and its definitely not anyway near 300 a day that they can do otherwise GH and Immaculate Conception cars would be on our drives now or very soon. The patience the long standing members have had is still the name of the game ?

Mine says 6-April for PTI data.

The F12 data on the Ford website is still throwing 404 no data errors so can't get more info there.

Well that has just thrown a spanner in the works. My latest vista update received on 23/4 was dated 21/4 and gave status as compound in with location of ANT CUST which I believed to mean it had been cleared from the QC checks and was waiting for onward movement to me. However I have just checked etis and all the boxes that yours are showing as dated 20/4 on mine are still showing 8/12, the date mine was built. Now either vista is lying and my car hasn't been done yet or the other reason is that because it is an early build it didn't need any updates (which I find hard to believe). The plot thickens.
Hmm that is very odd Grahame, mine is a 10th Dec build so only a day after yours and I think both of ours were together on the Immacolata

Most likely explanation is that Etis updates a few days later than Vista and yours probably finished QC a day after mine on the 21st as per Vista

Same dates as mine.

Ridiculous when i'm told it's gone through QC!

I still get null and 404 doing the F12, but showing 13/4/21 on the PTI.
Being as it was offloaded on 31at March in Antwerp, do I assume it's been through the checks.
Based on mine and my business partners, and some of the Dutch cars I'd say so. Most cars seem to be finishing the QA 2 to 3 weeks after coming off the ships.

@portlandg - truly weird why yours is displaying the data it is. As you know our cars have been joined at the hip from the day of production (only 20 cars between our VIN's), and mine is showing ETIS PTI Update dates of 14-04-2021 and QA COMPOUND OUT of 16-04-2021. In customs since 22nd awaiting shipping. I'm sure it's just a data snafu!

I don't know whether my car is just not getting all the info or whether my dealer is not letting me have all vista updates. My last one that I got Friday said compound in ANT CUST 21st. Before that I got compound in ANT QPDI 6th. So I'm missing compound out. Hopefully my etis dates will update in the next few days if it has really done it's checks.
