The USA customers won't put with with any shit, which is why they had their first deliveries 5 months before us!

I have learnt a lesson here. As soon as issues/concerns started to appear months ago I should have cancelled my order.

Grahame and I should be able to confirm by Wednesday lunchtime what you actually get with the car in regards to documentation and if they do indeed come with a charging card as well. Although if they do - I would wonder why they sent them out in the post to start.

Out of interest, those of you receiving your cars this week, how long was it since the cars finished the QC checks and left Antwerp?

KEY UPDATE:

So at last I have the key photos....

This is what has been supplied with my Mach-E: (2 keys and 2 blank key blades that don't fit into the keys)

My dealer thinks I should have 2 of these (that the supplied blank key blades WILL fit into)

He's requested clarification from Ford UK

Oh yes, I knew they looked familiar. They are bog standard Ford fobs. I had the same with my cmax a few years ago.

I’m 100% new to Ford so I don’t know the keys like you lot do. Now I understand why my dealer was like “those aren’t right”

Lets see what happens - he has said he’s ordering what he considers proper Mustang keys. I will be super interested to find out what @portlandg ‘s keys look like. Grahame - can you contact you dealer tomorrow and ask for a pic of what was supplied with yours?

I think someone who did a test drive also said the keys didn't have the logo on.

It is a fall back I suspect because someone screwed up getting the order in at Timpsons for the proper keys to be manufactured. These things happen.
