That's really interesting - very similar to why I tried the Shell charger last week - just to make sure my Ford Charging card worked with Shell and to see a "real" fast-charger in operation ?

In theory Shell has a really good fast-charging network outside of the main motorway system, so it should be very useful.

I'll do likewise and filter out the un-reliable ones.

I can't figure our "my journeys", it has never worked and I put this down to me using Apple CarPlay.
Instructions clearly says you need to be connected to bluetooth with CarPlay disabled for my journeys to work. However for the past week my journeys have been recording every trip despite being connected to wireless carplay for every journey ?‍.... very confused, but not complaining as I like journey recording.

I don't see why this couldn't with wireless carplay and my app for the past week is evidence of this.

I had exactly them same with android auto. I queried why my journeys were, then weren't, recording and came to the same conclusion as you. When I turned off AA my journeys worked. Now, just like you, they work with AA on. Maybe they have done a background tweek on the app

I got a message in FordPass a few weeks back saying they’d changed some stuff, so maybe that’s why it works now.

I never used it in the beginning, but it just kinda kicked in on its own a couple of months ago. I’m also CarPlay person.

Saw last night the monthly summaries are also working now too.

Big Red spent a fairly sizeable chunk of the month away so that’s why the trips and mileage are so low.

drove to work the other morning and I know I am a bit of a softy. had the heated seat on, no heating, it was raining a bit so the windscreen wipers were on and i had the window mist function on, my kwh rate was very low.

then on the way home it was lovely and the road was very clear so I put my foot down, thinking that would make my miles/kwh low and when I looked I was at 5 ish

I have no idea how to drive this car efficiently, I drive it the way I want to because Its either fun or warm! but I would like to know the best way of getting the best miles per kwh out of it.

any hints?

i have more or less stopped caring about miles/kwh. as long as i get 200ish miles at 80%, i am happy. i drive with aircon, heated steering and seats when i need them, music at full blast .... i bought the car to enjoy it not to drive like a monk. (no idea if monks have cars.)

the Shell Recharge Cressex in High Wycombe is crap as well. went there today and it wasn't working.

Question, I have two phones one personal and one company, they are both listed on the MME but it seems I can only have one phone connected at any one time unlike my cars in the past which allowed both phones to be connected allowing either of them to be answered on the hands free, can this be done on the MME?

it was a fanciful notion that Ford UK would give us the same deal that Ford US gives its customers.
