Thanks. Here's the VIN: 3FMTK4SE8MME03150.
Appreciate the help
Looks like maybe the Texas heat has severerly degraded your 12v battery, the capacity looks low. The 12v capacity was 35 when new.

Some of the messaging: (bolding mine)
"errorCode":"InhibitRequiredHvNotQualifiedLvLow
""projectedLvSoc":"Insufficient12VBattery
"totalLvBatteryCapacity":"15"
(different installation attempt) "totalLvBatteryCapacity":"18"

For example, this is what mine showed on the last OTA. : "totalLvBatteryCapacity":"29""

Ouch that damn heat!! I'll see if I can get it replaced, or do you think a BMS reset might help? Wonder if the 12v is covered by the extended warranty plan...

I'm trying to come up with a best practice for your situation (low 12V capacity). You need to be careful resetting the BMS on a failing battery because it can cause an OTA brick if it goes dead.

If you want to try something (slightly risky), recondition the 12V battery by fully charging for 48 hours (see this: Thread 'How to Recondition/Service Your 12V Battery') then while the battery is still fully charged, follow the BMS reset procedure here: Thread 'How To Get Failed OTAs To Install'.

If you're concerned about bricking and further 12V issues, then I recommend you see your dealer about getting your 12V battery replaced instead. It's covered by 3/36k warranty.

Still stuck on 6.8 failed install. Went through my third flight of the update to me that is now expired.

Don't expect to hear from the OTA team until the new year unfortunately. Bummer when I was so close to the new BC!

I have read many posts about the LVB and its SOC, which made me do something to easily monitor the battery. I attached an inexpensive digital voltmeter to an unused / switched fuse in the Body Control Module Fuse Box (under the glove box). Either fuse #1 or #2 should work (see Photos below). By choosing one of these locations, the voltmeter will not draw down the battery and will only fucntion when the car is running or on Accy mode. I couldn't find a good mounting spot for the voltmeter where it would be horizontal, so made do with a vertical mount.
Note there are 3 distinct readings to indicate 3 charging states:
12.7 - 12.9 V - fully charged and no significant 12 v drains
13.3 - 13.5 V - Trickle charging
14.2 - 14.8 V - Charging and usually with a significant draw, like fan/AC or headlights.

A fully charged 12 volt battery should read 12.9 V. If you are seeing readings below 12.3 V - your battery isn't being charged or there is at least one dead cell (or both).

The last picture is the voltmeter, with it on Assy mode and just the radio on (maybe headlights).

The voltmeter is here on Amazon (2 for $12):

and here are the fuse-taps I used, also from Amazon ($12 for a variety pack):

For the last three mornings when I've started my car I've gotten this Ford Power-Up 6.6.0 error message:

Update Postponed
The update was postponed because it was interrupted by another process.
You can schedule a time to retry the update or try updating again when you're ready.

I have Automatic Updates enabled and scheduled daily at 3am.

When I tap "Update Now", turn off the car, get the "Update will start in" countdown timer, and leave the car. When I come back an hour later nothing has happened.

Any ideas how to apply this update?

I had a similar issue with my '22 GT PE. The dealer too said that it was perhaps the SOC of my 12V battery. I checked this and it was at 85% so I doubt it was the issue as I just waited for a few days and then it installed it correctly. I suspect this had more to do with the Ford site.

Merry Christmas. I got 6.6.0 to install after many attempts to optimize the 12 V voltage.
What worked was two 30 mile trips and then charging with my L2 Juice box set to 3kW, which would charge through the night. Using the included 120V charging adapter overnight did not work...maybe too low a current to keep up with drain during the update prep. A 12 V charger didn't get the battery up enough. I have a cigarette port voltmeter which is handy to see the immediate drain from 12.6 to 12.4 and then below when the MME is turned off.

I am hoping to catch up on the incoming updates.
Sooooo.....
The car is now at the dealer and I anticipate a new 12 Volt battery.

I didn't read the thread so maybe someone have tried already.... But I had the same issue....and plugged in my car and charged it to 100 and then I change the update time to be just right after the estimated charge complete time....do that and the update ran without interruption.

Of course, this could have just been a one off solution for me. ??‍♂
