Sorry if this has already been addressed. I received an update over the weekend and my walk away lock, which has worked perfectly for more than a year, has just stopped working. I have toggled the feature on and off with no success. Any ideas?

My entire PAAK stopped working a week or so ago, and before I found the time to reset and start over it fixed itself. So...I agree to wait a bit longer.

Ok thanks for the input, it has been about a week and still no luck. I guess I will keep waiting. I have even deleted the PAAK, reset and added the phone back and still nothing. I noticed that while the phone still does unlock the car, it has not shown that it senses my phone around the vehicle by showing all the lights like it once did either.

Did anyone get this resolved besides waiting a week or so? I have a 2024 Premium AWD that was just at the dealer to replace the coolant pump that failed...less than 1,000 miles on the car. Shortly after picking it up, the walk away lock feature started work only sporadically, along with the puddle lights. We reviewed all of the settings to make sure nothing changed and everything was still setup appropriately. Wondering if we sit tight or bring it back into the dealer.

Android? There was a notice the Android 14 was causing issues with the recommendation from Ford to carry the FOB.

We thought it was the Android issue, so we started carrying a FOB with us and it still didn't work.
