My dealer said that I could use my Ford Pass points towards buying the floor mats. I never ordered more after returning my right hand drive mats.
After seeing your points, I was actually nervous when I opened my box w/ the mats... Luckily they were the right country..

For those of you who are in the Scarborough (Ontario)region, tuxmat would probably be willing to scan your MME in order to produce their liners. You would probably receive a free set as compensation for your time. I live too far away and had to decline their offer.

I have tuxmat in my Clarity. They cover every square inch of the floor, they do not move, and I am able to clean them with a damp cloth. The downside is that if I wanted to take them out to clean them, it would be substantially more work than taking out a weathertech mat. I do recommend them, but the Ford mats seem like they will work well once I get some for the correct country

+1 for Tuxmat, bought a set for all my EVs so far (should get some lifetime membership). They also have some insulating quality, small but, every little bit helps. Just checked, 5 hours drive for me, if they were only a bit closer!

I would do it when my car gets here, but I think the border is still closed........

Thanks. I just remembered why I held off on the floor mats. I was gonna wait until FordPass points showed up after buying the MME, and use those.
I can’t for the life of me figure out how to use the reward points. They show up in my Ford account but when I try to use them there’s no way to do so.

Seems like you're required to go through your dealer to use them. No way to claim online, which is rather dumb.

Crazy, when you login to Ford it shows that it should allow for you to use them at check-out but that option never shows up. Not the best online experience for sure, I want to use my reward points for the rear mat, but can't figure out how to go about it. I do dread trying to order via my dealer using the reward points but will give it a try.

I’ve redeemed some of my Rewards Points and had to order the accessories at the Parts Department. When they came in, I had to go to the Service Department where they called up my Rewards account and figured out how many rewards points it took to purchase said items. I had enough points that I got all 3 items free. You cannot order online which I find is a major pain but that’s how Ford does it. BTW, do you know the part number for the Mach E key FOB and how much it costs? I’ve seen the range from $34 to $250 quoted on this forum.

Thanks, then that confirms it. I ordered the cargo and paid, will use the points later on. Do you know the value of the points or really a point?

Don’t know the exact value but it isn’t much. I redeemed 39,000 points for wheel locks, first aid kit and road hazard kit and it took 30,000 points for those 3 things. I had 2 more items but when they told me I didn’t have enough points and what it would cost me I told them to put them back. It left 9,000 points in my account. BTW, I now have 83,000 points and by the time I get my car it should be well over 150,000 points. I have the Ford Rewards VISA card and we run all our household expenses through it. I can use the points to lower the cost of the car too if I want to.

Someone posted it's 200 points = $1, but I haven't seen that anywhere official. We get 22,000 points for our MME purchase, which is $110 if correct. Hoping I can use them for the $175 floor mats and pay the balance in cash (not one of those "all of nothing" deals).

I did read the FAQ, and was surprised to see that the free 250 kWh we get doesn't look like an extra bonus at all. It just displaces points. Other Ford models get 42,000 points. The Mach-E gets 22,000 + 250 kWh (which is roughly $100 worth at EA, which is the same as the 20,000 point difference). I guess that makes sense, but it's not the extra perk we thought it was.

https://owner.ford.com/fordpass/fordpass-rewards/faq.html

Says a full service oil change is 11,000 points. That's typically around $55 normally, so 200=$1 sounds right.
