I was expecting this to occur at some point, 2022 select Oct build date. Just dropped it off at the dealer. The warning went away this morning when i turned it on, but i took a screen shot in the app and the dash when it happened yesterday. Was pulling out of work when the message appeared. I restarted the car a few times yesterday and the message kept appearing, but oddly this morning its gone.

Ya coulda just not replied ….
If they have no feed back than how can they proactively look into improving what they are trying to offer? The last time I went through the process with them, all they did was confirm I had a service appointment... That's not helping, that's confirming what I already did.

If they really wanted to provide some value than make the effort to call the dealership, speak with the service rep, help us get updates on progress, help us get a rental car... ya know actually help?

The below response is what I received the last time I went through the process of giving them my information VIN etc. How does this response help me in any possible way? Telling me what I already know doesn't help me.

The response should have been:

"Let us know when you have dropped off the car, we will ensure an expedited diagnoses and repair once we receive your confirmation. We will provide updates to you periodically if there are any delays in any step of the process. If the issue requires an escalation to a Ford BEV engineer we will ensure a fast response time from one. If you need a rental car, we will ensure you are provided with one etc..

Dealer called me said everything checked out, they ran all their tests. HVJB passed all tests as did the batteries. This doesnt make any sense.

Yeah your build date is late enough (after May 2022) that you technically shouldn't have HVJB issues.

100% agree with you Jon!
How will they improve if they don't see the problem?
When speaking with various Ford support resources they have always been polite and sometimes they even try to help but so far my experience says they aren't really adding any value for the customer.
The roadside assistance group is the worst IMO and yes I know that is a contracted company but they represent Ford to the customer and they should be responsive.

@Machetraccs sorry the dealer couldn't confirm the issue. Something triggered the messages and now you have doubt in your mind.
