Have you had work carried out to car before? Any modules replaced? Anything?

Without wishing to speculate on very little information and without a guided diagnosis be interesting to learn why car was with dealer in first place? Were you experiencing problems? Why did they feel the need to do a diagnostic download?

I get codes triggered by various conditions that arise from time to time that are not detrimental.

If Mach-Lee’s suspicions are correct, and other faults & symptoms can be eliminated, plugging in fully, plus ensuring by looking into connections inside public or other charge points to ensure they’re good & sound and also inside your own charge point on car may resolve, I’d be inclined to clear the codes and re-test but you’re probably in the hands of the dealer.

Hope all this is going to be done under warranty and you’re soon sorted.

You might have an overheating charge port, but the rest of the codes are benign glitches. You had a bad charger.

See this, you might not be plugging your charger in all the way: https://www.macheforum.com/site/thr...24-code-and-possible-12v-battery-drain.23525/
That print out is showing two dates. The 12th the car would have been charged at home with the Ford charger. The 18th was yesterday and it was at Ford for a reverse light replacement and tpms sensor replacement.

Hey there, just a faulty tpms sensor and leaking reverse light is why it was at the dealer. Not sure wha they pulls codes maybe that’s standard….

Hmmmmm!

In the UK it’s called the ā€œfreeā€ VHC (vehicle health check).

That translates to let’s see what else we can justify selling you while you’re here having a minor task undertaken😬

If there’s nothing discernibly wrong and unless this additional work is done under warranty I’d be inclined to keep ā€˜em well away from car until and unless you experience an issue, plus ensure you fully plug in charge lead as Mach-Lee suggests but also check condition of pins in any charge leads and your socket on the car.

When my cars are under warranty they go in for everything. Every nut, bolt and piece of plastic gets changed because when it’s done it’s done. That’s just me though!

One thing I am extremely disappointed about is the fast charging rates this car gets. Sometimes but not often I go to a 180kw charger and my car pulls 45 max! Yes it’s chilly here right now in winter but that’s a joke. Other cars around are all pulling 100 when I walk around and check. Not sure what’s up.

I also use an Amazon Chinese charger when I am at work and that does change faster than the Ford one in my garage (level 1). People warn of them and their quality but I have been using this consistently for over 2 years with 2 different cars. On that report the dates it’s showing codes that Chinese charger was not being used but rather the Ford one. I will have the car go back for deeper examination. Parts are too expensive to not get replaced under warranty if needed.

Sound plan then if it’s to be dealt with as a warranty issue.

Hope you get it sorted

The Mach-E will briefly exceed 150kW, but that's it. If you're pulling 45, the battery is cold. You need to warm it by navigating to the charger.

I didn’t think the mach e conditioned the battery for charging. I read that somewhere. Having to type chargers in is annoying.

Preconditioning automatically occurs when you navigate to the charger using built-in Ford nav, or Android Auto with Google Maps. It starts when you are within 18 miles of the charger. Note, due to a Google Maps problem, it currently isn't working unless you revert the Google Maps version on your phone to 12/3/25 or earlier. It does not work with CarPlay.
