It’s not a car warning lamp, it’s a roadside warning sign (just like a speed limit sign) - that’s why they’re not in the manual and why it displays under the speed limit.

The expectation is that if you have passed your driving test in the EU/UK you’re supposed to know what it means without a manual

Where I m from, which is Romania this is not a used sign on road. Also I m going to put below the engine overheating sign that I know. Maybe it is indeed the broken vehicle ahead or something sign.
