Which Power-Up versions have you received (EU)?

Dumb question: when you receive 4.2.1.2 from 3.5.4.2, do you also receive the changes to the intermediate versions received in the US (3.6.1, 3.6.2, 4.1.1, 4.1.2, 4.1.3, 4.2.1) ?
