They went away from x-plan on 2023 MMEs? Or they went away from dealers choosing to honor or not honor? My understanding is that if you finalize the deal online with ford.com you can select x-plan no matter what.

X plan went away for '23 models unless you have a '22 model that converted to a '23 and were planning on using X-plan with your dealer beforehand then it would work

I wanted the premium but went with the rt1, better range for my needs. I couldn't justify the $3-4k difference in price for not much difference between a rt1 and a premium awd ext batt.

Premium has better stereo, better interior lighting, and 8 way passenger seat. That is all the real diffence I could find.

No I am paying $64,750 total including the $3,000 deposit I put down. Will be trading in my 2013 Kia Optima as well when the time comes.

No seriously I told them I would pay up front for the car and make the order the second the 23 order banks were open and I did that last Friday morning. They knew I was talking with Volvo at the same time I was up front about that and was genuinely leaning toward buying the Volvo electric car so maybe that was a factor as well when I went in on Friday as he asked me about Volvo right away and I said I would go with the MME as at least I had a chance for the tax credit while with the Volvo it was a no.

I have a signed contract for a 2023 with x plan. It is not as much of a discount for the 2022. I did not have a 2022 on order.

Most likely the dealer didn't know it was taken away. I wouldn't expect them to honor it at delivery since they won't get refunded for it

So I received a text from my salesperson today that my order for a MY23 MME GTPE was entered into the order banks. I'm so excited and can't wait for the MY23's to go into production!
Before anyone lays into me I know long how this can take. I ordered a Maverick in June of '21 and didn't get it until January of '22.

So anyway, who else put an order into today? If you did post up some pics or just share what you ordered!

I apologize if this has been answered already but is there any benefit to going into a dealer and ordering as opposed to ordering online? For example, can any negotiations on pricing be done in the store? Or is that able to be done during the time of pickup?

Yes. I ordered through the dealer, and received $500 Military Veteran Discount off MSRP in Canada. Downside is, less ability to online track your order.
