Why haven't I received software update since September?

Because that‘s how it works. Ford decides when your car will get updates. How they decide is anyone’s guess.

I am still stuck on 3.5.2. There should be some transparency in the process honestly. At least give an end date before which a car will get an update and roll it out until that date.

yeah, it does not makes sense.
When android/apple release updates, it will be available to all the compatible phones(not for some).
May be because lives are not lost if the phones has bugs , So ford wants it to play safe

I just need the camera button for now, thats it

Does the MME Sync screen allow for "Feedback - Software Update" via Wifi ?

I did that to my Lightning and got the update the next day.

The trick is to connect your WiFi to your vehicle, then submit the feedback.
