Will Ford complete the BlueCruise rollout to Job 1 cars by 3/31 as per Jim Farley?

So it's midday on March 27th. 4.5 days left in Q1.

Simple question - will the rollout be completed? Will it even be started to non-EA vehicles isn't on the poll.

He didn't say "it will just start in Q1 and won't be fully installed until Q2".

To the average non-lawyer, it couldn't be more clear - you'll get BlueCruise in Q1.

I think it won't be started to non-EA vehicles, and therefore it will be a moot point as to whether sending 1 or 2 OTA updates out of 7(?) counts as meeting the deadline he stated.

It absolutely could have been more clear. He could have said "All cars will have BlueCruise in Q1". But as you've noted, that's not what he said.

Considering I JUST got my brake feel update (start of BC updates) yesterday, I doubt any non-EA job 1 cars will be getting it Q1

I didn't read/hear the full quote but my interpretation is BlueCruise activations via over-the-air updates will begin 1st qtr. The portion that leads me down that path is the "going to be" phrase. If he would have said "we will be", then I would be more inclined to believe over-the-air activation would be completed in Q1

There is no reason to believe that BC OTA will be completed in Q2 IMO. It should be all done by end of year though. Seems doable to me.

At this point, the thing I am interested in the most is if any vehicles over 36k miles will get the BC OTA at all. I have about one month left. Will be curious if the OTA notifications appear on my screen after that milestone is reached. ???

I have no faith in it happening by the end of the month.
I will be happy as long as long as it by April 25th and completed I will be happy. Reasoning being is I am going on a long trip on the 28th on blue cruise roads and I really want it working by then and that gives me enough time to make sure sure it is on.
