I don't know what you want to call this. Is this what I need for my Mach E to fix the wind noise? Anyone here try it? Anything better that doesn't look terrible out there?

That product looks like it could work, although I didn't see a diameter specified. I had good results with this product (I selected the 0.276" tube). Other solutions were discussed in this thread.

Here are a few pictures I just took. The tube is pretty much invisible unless you are looking closely; hopefully the full-windshield view gives a sense of that.

One install note - the last picture is my "install tool", which is actually an old fruit peeler I had in my kitchen. I used the small round end to work the tube into the gap. Probably anything a little narrower than the gap should work pretty well. I recommend something plastic without sharp edges, to avoid damaging the tube and the car.
