Your dealer can still apply the TSB, mine did even though it was outside the build date.

Did a little to help, but my wind noise is still horrible.

I brought it in for the 10k service and they think it is coming from the windshield. They said they'd be willing to help me out and reseat the windshield, if I wanted them to, but that's not something they'd usually do under warranty for wind noise, so I would probably be on the hook if it got damaged in the process and needed to be replaced.

I still think I hear it above my drive and rear driver doors. They said even with the rear driver door having a larger than normal panel gap and my tail gate also having a large gap on one side, that the weather stripping all still seems to be making contact and working as intended...

The service director even admitted it is loud and annoying as all hell, but isn't sure what else they can do, apart from trying to reseat the windshield and redoing all the weather stripping lol.
wow - stick to your guns to get this resolved. My car has essentially zero wind noise at any speed. When on new asphalt at 80, the car is very quiet.

My dealer will do whatever I ask to get it resolved, I'm just not sure what to ask them to do! I'd hate to have them do the windshield only for it to not solve the problem.

Could you take a picture so others can know what to look for? Look for parts sticking out or gaps. Compare to the passenger side.
There really is nothing to look for - the current weather stripping looks fine. Both left and right side look the exact same.

From my understanding they called ford corp on how to get it resolved and ford noted this was an issue they have already identified and the new weather stripping will resolve it. Will see if it actually does when it comes in

I have no clue if this is it.
That said, I do remember reading threads here about some wind noise and it was compared to a problem with Tesla 3/Y. With the Teslas, there is a gap between the windshield and roof that does not have visible weather stripping in it and people have identified that as a source of noise.

I just entered "tesla top windshield weather strip" in the G?gles and the search brings up all kinds of info on third party stripping that gets tucked into that gap that people seem to claim helps.

Shortly after I joined MachEForum.com in June, 2022, I remember reading people complaining about this in their MME's and using the same products from the Tesla 3/Y to fix it.

Seems like you could determine if the windshield were the issue by taping over the gaps around the perimeter of the windshield with a few layers of painters tape. If the wind noise changes with the windshield perimeter taped, then you have it. If no change, it's something else.

Was about to suggest the same thing.

I had the wind noise. I put weatherstripping along the top of the windshield and it helped.

Then after replacing the windshield from a crack, the installer said “this windshield is uneven, I’ll put the new one in much better.”

It’s way quieter now. No weatherstripping needed.

The problem is these cars are so quiet you hear everything. Wind noise doesn’t matter when you have a v8!

Update on the issue, so they replace the weather strip along the door, and told me they were replacing the piece along the panoramic roof too. The rubber piece along the panoramic roof is not on properly you can clear tell when you actually pay attention to it. All the did was fill in the gaps with adhesive. So long story short the problem did not get resolved and they scratched up the inside by the area where you get in and out of the car. I only noticed because the was a draft coming in from the bottom of the door.
So yeah it just got worst.

They replaced this seal and the door seal that goes around the perimeter of the door on my car.

Did not change one bit.

My car was out 15 days and still has to go back one more time since they damaged the first seal they replaced while trying to install it. I got the same excuse about it being on backorder till next year.
