Every Mach-E I've seen does it. There is a little bit of flex in the window regulator that causes the window to relax a couple millimeters with the motor torque is discontinued due to the resilient window seal pushing back. The Mach-E uses an unconventional integrated window regulator design that consists of plastic sliding on a track being pushed and pulled by cables, rather than the traditional metal scissor lift mechanism. This is why there is more rebound and why it's a normal characteristic of the design.Unless it's specific to the MME, it certainly isn't normal in any vehicle I've ever owned. Unless, by normal, you mean it's a common defect, which I can believe. In fact, my rear passenger window slipped down to where there was about 1/8th inch open air between the top of the window and the door molding.
If the windows haven't been operated in a long time, then it's possible one could sag slightly over time. Or it simply wasn't closed fully. I haven't had any issues with mine staying closed or creating an air leak.
