Does anybody else have a window motor that acts crazy? I've only ever noticed it on the drivers door window. 95% of the time it's fine but sometimes I go to put it up and it will go down. Or start to go up, stop, and then go down part of the way. Very wacky. Should I have the dealer investigate? I don't love the idea of them taking my door apart.

Unfortunately it doesn't fix it. I've done this multiple times.
The only constant I can find is that it happens when I have the windows down an inch or two for 10+ minutes. Then I try to roll them up when I'm getting on the freeway or something. Instead of going up, they go all the way down and it can't be stopped.
Sorry to hear that. I’ve had several Fords with wacky windows and this always did the trick.

Weird, I have noticed something very similar with the circumstances

Same happens to me, so much that I've stopped using the auto-down feature at all. Too unreliable (or rather, reliably broken.) Calibration hasn't fixed it, nor have any previous software updates. Crummy.

Good morning! If you send over a DM with your VIN and Ford dealer info, I can look into your window motor concerns on my end.

Hi Chris. Can you send us a DM with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into this for you.
