Windshield woes…still

I’ve been waiting two months for a new windshield for my MME. Turns out it was a paperwork delay instead of parts delay, but still annoying. I went in today to get the new one installed. 30 minutes into my wait, the tech comes out and told me the new windshield cracked as they were prepping it. Yea, that’s just my luck. He said this has never happened before. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again: I just dunno about these Mach E windshields. He also confirmed this was an OEM part. So they have to order another one.

On a side note, I saw another thread talking about windshields and prices. Here is what Safelite is charging. Luckily I’m not paying for it myself.
