"Ford Options is not available in Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina or Washington, D.C."

Is that forever or "coming soon"? I am a NC resident. Wasn't aware it was a no-go here.
As far as I know it's not coming soon. States have different financing rules so it's not up to Ford Credit.

I purchased my car 3 weeks ago with X-Plan AND Ford Options. So, it should be possible.
I purchased in August using x-plan and Ford Options. My dealer had no clue and spent 2 hours with Ford Credit on phone learning. My paperwork was a lease form that showed me as title holder/owner and Ford Credit as lienholder, with the installments and final payment in the memo. Note that it called the balloon a final payment, not buyout or residual. I’m in CT.

Signed yesterday using X-plan along with Ford Options. Could be dealer misunderstanding or trying to squeeze an extra $1k out of you.
