Two nights ago the car didn't charge. That's happened maybe three or four times in the past 16 months I've had the car. Then last night it charged. I have the car set to charge to 90%. When I got into the car it said it was at 90% charge, with a range of 312 miles. I thought it was odd, but hey, GOM, amirite? After I finished my first trip, the charge level was at 98%. I.e., the range was right, but the % was off. Plus, it charged to 100% because, reasons.

No question. Just a data point. Last update was 24-pud 102-chg-sufx, but a week or so ago.

That sounds less like a GoM oddity and more like your BMS may be going bad or need to be reflashed. The GoM is just related to the miles to dead, your charge percentage shouldn't be jumping around for any reason (like, you should almost never be adding percentage from normal driving outside of maybe a long downhill run or something).

That along with the charging issues would have me concerned. I have never had an issue with the vehicle charging and have never had battery percentage jump without obvious reason.

I like it when I charge to 100%, and drive many miles before it even ticks off 1% on the SOC

I usually see the opposite. If I'm charging to 100% before a long trip, it drops from 100% to ~96% before I'm out of the neighborhood (<1 mile).

So......check this out.

On a road trip from Knoxville to Richmond VA. Spent a few days there with the grandkids then drove one home to Baltimore. In Baltimore DCFC'd at an EA station. Somewhere north of 70% I look up and see the GOM showing almost 300 miles  So I continue charging to 90% and it ends at about 325 +/-. Drove back to hotel and then did some running around the next day. Then went to another EA station and charged to 90%. GOM showed 250, which is about what I would expect to see.

No idea what the heck happened, but it seems back to normal. Although I do wish I could actually get 325 miles?

Last two nights worked as expected, so I'll call the original episodes a blip.
