Charge Assist Coming Soon?

A Dealer posted some promo info over in the Mach-E Facebook Group one of the things mentioned was "Charge Assist" this is what he posted. I did a search and didn't see any mention of this so I thought I would post it here and see if anyone else has heard of it.

September 4th is right around the corner.

I was wondering... Usually things like that have a way to leak out =)

With CarPlay I can already initiate from the car, for EA and ChargePoint.

Well, I certainly have NOT heard of it. And I’m sure anyone who HAD heard of it would honor whatever restrictions may have been placed on disclosing such knowledge

Yep, some of us have some knowledge…. But that’s about all that can be known.

Some of us would like to know the knowledge that can be known before it's known by some of us.

Certain people in a certain program may or may not have knowledge about charge assist and may or may not have had it for weeks already

How do those of us who are not some of us maybe someday join some of us?

well, at least we know that soon™️ will be sept 4 for some more of us. that may even be sept 4 of 2023.

Does early access have an NDA? Seems like everything else that hits early access is talked about in length here.

Yes, when opting in to each program they are very explicit about not discussing. The program itself is no secret, but items like this are. I don't remember them being that explicit early on but that is probably why they had everyone rejoin last year and acknowledge.
