We picked up one of the first GV60s in America for my wife today. I’m not going to lie it’s a beautiful car. It definitely feels more luxurious than the Mach E, but I would still take my Mach E over her GV60. The one thing that hurts on the GV60 is the range especially when compared to my RWD extended battery. We just determined that if we go on longer trips we’ll end up using the Mach E. Still learning the GV60 but here are the few stand out points:
-Quiet. The inside has noise cancellation going through the speakers so it is super quiet in there.
-Smooth ride. Compared to the Mach E it is a smoother ride. You’re not bouncing up and down as much.
-Handling. It handles well but I feel the Mach E has it beat here.
-Tech. I was amazed I didn’t need a key for my Mach E, but the GV60 out did it here. It opens just with facial recognition on the outside and turns on with your fingerprint. Not sure how much we’ll use it but it is nice. The heads up display and blind spot image that pops up when you put a turn signal on are convenient.
-Charger. IT ONLY COMES WITH A 120W CHARGER CONNECTION!!!! This really annoys me. It comes with the Vehicle to Load connection so we can plug 120W electronics in to it if we want to. We're just going to use the MME travel charger to charge over night if need be. We also have a L2 charger in our community so we can use that as well when we're home.

I’m looking forward to driving the GV60 more. However, I’m in love with my Mach E. I’m guessing I’m just infatuated at the moment since I’ve had my Mach E since Apr 21 and we just picked up the GV60. I just feel that my wife is going to think hers is better and I’ll think mine is better. Either way I’m happy to have both.

Between 250-260 on eco mode. However we’ve been getting between 2.7-3 mi/kWh while driving. Not the best efficiency but it does what we need it to.

That is better efficiency that we usually see on our Mach-e GT. Most highway trips we are between 2.1 and 2.4

I have a Premium RWD with the extended battery so I'm use to seeing at least over 3.0. Most of the time I'm between 3.3-3.7.

DCFC and suspension is better with the korean evs. i would prefer that for road tripping. also not worrying about getting stranded with the HVBJB
I absolutely agree about the Korean EVs. However, we don't mind the drive on the MME and usually it can get us from LA to San Diego and back without charging. Just cuts it real close when we hit traffic. As for the HVBJB I'm not too worried about it TBH. As I mentioned I've had it since April last year and I haven't had any issues. I know it can happen but I'm willing to take the risk based on how its performed to this point.

Did you have to pay mark-up? I need to replace my Polestar 2 with an SUV/crossover since we have a baby on the way, and I'm looking for something with a smoother ride than my wife's Mach E GT (which we love, but it's definitely bouncy). The Hyundai group EVs definitely have the smoother ride, but it's tough to find an Ioniq 5 or EV6 with no markup.

No mark up but about $2400 of add ons at the Santa Monica Genesis. Granted my wife was on the priority one list for Genesis so we actually picked up the second one they sold. If you’re worried about mark up and can wait a little bit talk to Laguna Niguel Hyundai. They are taking reservations for a 2023 Ioniq 5 which will come by the end of the year. No mark up but about $2k in add ons. Andrew helped us out there as we had a reservation but cancelled it once the GV60 came in. We were surprised it came that fast as we were told expect to get it in Dec/Jan.

Congratulations! Cargo space and range are somewhat limited, but the syle, and the tech you pointed out, are awesome. Heated and ventilated seats up front too. And complimentary three years of 30-minute charging sessions from Electrify America is a nice touch.

I much prefer the GV60 over the Korean twins. I think it's a winner (quiet ride of the Ioniq 5 but more performance oriented). I was disappointed to learn they did not utilize Nvidia Drive this model year.

How is the audio system? Comparable to the MME? The other twins have very mediocre audio systems and the Ev6 owners are experience blown amps.

They have a B&O system in it just like the MME. I like it so far but haven’t gone crazy with it so far as we have a 1 year old.

The cargo space and range are our biggest complaints. It’s good for our family of three but not much more.

We have an Apr'21 (Mar'21 build) MME Premium with LR-RD. Eco-mode is our usual setting and we're averaging 3.6 MPKwH. Most of our driving is in/around HB, but even on the FWY, we've attained the range Ford estimated.

Wow, the specs on the performance trim look really nice. Like... Nicer than a GTPE. Not a fan of the styling though. If it had a hands free driving mode it'd be tough to buy a GTPE over a GV60 performance.
