Finally got my counter signed order from "my" dealer today. I have not contacted them and pushed for the order form via on online sales team as this is how I ordered the car. They have actually been great and responsive via email and a single agent owning the issue.
I went ahead and used the order form to fill in my grant form for the charger from Scotland Energy Saving Trust.... can't book the install until the grant is approved.

I hope you told her what you said here. I have just sent her an email saying almost exactly the same. It'll be interesting to see what she says to you
This is what I sent. I donā€™t mind sharing! I feel for Rebecca but thatā€™s who we have been told to direct concerns too......doubt Ill get a response apart from bog standard politicians waffle shes Been drip fed from the head honchos.....

Hi Rebecca

Just been told my car isnā€™t on the ship (despite being built Nov 2020) and is still in Mexico. This is very disappointing and worrying at the same time.

Why are Ford shipping some cars and not others? Why are Ford not being clear to us on what the issues are and why only affecting certain vehicles? And finally what are Ford doing to compensate itā€™s loyal customers here? Weā€™ve seen in the US that customers are being given compensation for delays yet in the UK all we seem to get is a sorry, your cars delayed, but weā€™re not sure how long for and not going to offer you anything else apart from a pair of headphones for ordering over 12 months ago.

This is the first time Iā€™ve ever bought a Ford, an Iā€™ll be honest, the experience sucks. Iā€™m very close to cancelling my orders [I have two ordered at the mo) and waiting for the Audi Q4 etron which isnā€™t launched yet but at this rate will prob still arrive before my Mach e........

I think part of the problem is there are people who don't care and actually want Ford to fail it's customers for whatever reason. They need to be rooted out and sacked.

I don't think it's Rebecca but there is some kind of passive aggressive attempt going on in they way things are being run to allow us to see ford as an organisation as being inept and incompetent as much as possible.

I just donā€™t understand it Either. Itā€™s there most important launch in years. I get they want to make sure itā€™s right ( I fully respect them for that) however, donā€™t treat us like crap and keep us in the dark. Talk to us, let us know what your fixing, offer us a sweetener to keep us happy. Itā€™s all basic customer service. If there were any real alternatives out there I would have already swapped. Being honest, im getting that peeved off that I can see myself cancelling and waiting 6 months to see what else is due out.

Has anyone considered the Polestar 2?

We all seem to be getting a bit cheesed off to say the least!

I have been so excited to get my MME. I do still feel it is the best package out there.

I really donā€™t want to give up on it.

Despite some issues and frustrations there are still a great deal of very positive reports coming out of the US.

Is he absolutely sure it isn't on the ship. Have you asked to see the vista screen?

Also vista apparently is slow to update so may take a while.

And rebecca said dealers would be emailed with the vin numbers of cars on the ships, did your dealer get that list ?

I think the hyundia would be more appealing to me the ionicq 5 ev if I had to abandon the mache. It's still a bit plain though.

I've come this far that I would only cancel if some serious issues with the car appear.

I have been emailing Rebecca for a year now and I have always found her to be honest and upfront with her responses. Although she has the title of Mach-E concierge unfortunately she doesn't get told everything that she needs to know so she can't pass that on. There is information that she is privy to but is suppressed by higher ups. I have been keeping her up to date on the gripes, moans etc etc etc that have been going on in this forum along with my own disappointments and I believe that she has been passing these on to her bosses. Whether they have/haven't taken onboard what has been said we will never know but it is my opinion that Rebecca has pleaded our case. My email to Emma Bergg apparently was received and my name and its contents were discussed, but not officially ?. If, no, when we arrange a meet in Braintree I will invite Rebecca to come too. I for one would like to meet her and say thankyou in person. We all know that the communication from Ford has been woeful and so does Rebecca. She agrees and has tried to get the situation improved. I think the biggest issue is their IT. They can't seem to get their systems to do what they need to do. Perhaps they should offer @Wonky_Donkey a job ?. We were promised regular updates on the progress of our cars and have not had any. As has been said in an earlier post, this is probably the most important car that Ford have released in a great number of years and, yes, I can totally understand that they want to get it right. But they need to look after their customers. They have, I believe, lost a lot of people and many of those that are left are only hanging on by their finger nails. It won't take much for them to let go and you can't blame them. If I wasn't such an ardent fan of Ford's then I would have jumped ship a long time ago, especially if I hadn't actually seen and sat in the car. Some of us are lucky enough to have ours on the way but there are a lot more who jumped onboard at the beginning and are still waiting for some good news. I feel for you guys and congratulate you for hanging on in there. The information shared on this forum, not just on the UK thread but elsewhere as well has been invaluable. The banter has, mostly, been entertaining and I believe it is because of this and our love of the concept of this car that we are still here. Apologies for all that. A bottle of Wolf Blass Cabernet Sauvignon makes my fingers run away with themselves. Nice wine though.

Joking aside you donā€™t know how close to the truth you are.

Iā€™ve actually had two informal job offers from Ford in the last 12 months because of the Mach-E stuff Iā€™ve been doing - so they must be flippinā€™ desperate ? ? ?

It's all your fault then. Should have taken the job. Think of all the good things you could have done. ???

Had this from my dealer today who unlike most on this forum is excellent

"I have enquired with Ford this morning and looked at the Vista ordering system. Vista does indeed state ā€˜compound outā€™ in Veracruz Mexico. With an ETA to us week ending 22/5/21

Now I also have information to say that the ship your Mach E is on will dock in Antwerp on the 22/3. I think dealers were under the impression the ship would be docking in the UK. Being in Antwerp means Ford have stated that delivery to dealers will be 5-10 weeks from this date. This corresponds with May.

At present there are 10 updates, software etc that the Mach E is listed as needing once it arrives at the dealer. This should only take a few days to complete. These updates will be bespoke to each individual car and the number needed may vary."

He also stated in an email yesterday that they have had the mach e at the dealership for staff training so he seems pretty clued up with whats going on.

Nice to have some solid info from the dealership network
