I received the update yesterday. Got a message in the vehicle, not on the Ford Pass app. Perhaps because I dont have PAAK? Either way, was hoping the update would help PAAK work, but it does not. Still will not work.

can the deasler access updates like this if your car is in for service and you haven't yet received OTA?
They have more access than us to updates so one would presume so. Mine got updated in the shop twice so far. No banners but the second time it was obvious it had been. I understand that some updates are only through the dealer at this point.

It pops up in the app as a Vehicle Alert. This is different than a notification in that I don't see a way to delete it. I kinda want that cleared so that it will be obvious when I get another update. I assume it will disappear on its own at some point.
Mine finally went away in the app after about a week after the update.

Can anyone who has received the update confirm whether it has fixed:
1. The Vehicle > Alarm > Motion Sensors: Off setting refuses to stick, always reverting back to On upon restart.
2. Passenger Door refuses to unlock upon approach with fob or phone.

These are currently my two most annoying, constant bugs.

No update. Car says I am up to date. However I am at roughly 6500 miles and I have a service to do at 10,000 miles. Essentially it is tire stuff and to check fluids and ball bearing joints.

Yes, and there are a ton of updates right now Ford is not pushing OTA.

This update just updated the GWM which is what provides updates to the rest of the car. It included no bug fixes as far as I can tell. Your dealer can update other modules that have available updates now if you bring it in for those issues and reference SSMs/TSBs I've posted on the forum.

I received the update, and I don't have those issues. But I didn't have them before the update, so that doesn't really answer anything.

If you don’t have these issues, it would indicate the problems are somewhere on my end. That’s not very encouraging.

So if you approach your locked car with the fob and phone and press the door button on the front or rear passenger doors, the door unlocks for you? Mine don’t. Both the front and rear driver side doors do.

And when you go to Settings > Vehicle > Alarm System > Motion Sensors and toggle that to Off, turn your car off, then turn your car back on and go back to that setting, it is still toggled to Off? Mine refuses to stick. I have a profile created and it appears to be active because that is what allowed me to keep my display set to Dark, but my alarm setting will not stick.

I still haven't received the update. I'm hoping there's a fix for having to reboot the car on a daily basis. It's getting pretty old. I either have a blank screen, or the screen is completely garbled, or it looks like the matrix with the garbly bits running down from the top to bottom (this one looks pretty cool but makes the screen useless). I tried calling Ford to see if they could push the OTA update to my car, spoke to 4 different people and ALL were completely clueless on what OTA updates are.

I hate to say it, but we are about to cancel our second order and get a Model Y for our other EV. Ford will figure it out at some point but I don't think I want 2 cars running the same OS. It would be the first time ever that I purchased something other than a Ford.

Not sure why these OTA's have to be so slow to come out, with so few ME's on the road so far.
Wave starts for the OTA's. [Traithlong reference FTW]

@breeves002, Are those SSM's and TSB's all in a single thread? If not perhaps we could get them in one place then have the @Administrator sticky it?
