has anyone received the extra 250 kWh Ford promised us for the earlier Mach-e delays? Did you have to do something special to get it?

You can use those kWh without Plug & Charge, though. Just activate the pump through Ford Pass.

Was promised but it never showed up in my account.

Ford has said the extra 250kWh will be added to accounts sometime in April. So we've still got a few more weeks until that window closes. You shouldn't have to do anything for them to show up.

This did not work for me. It did change, but it didn't use the balance.

Mine showed up a few days ago. I got a notification in the FordPass app. I wonder if using the FordPass up to charge up at an Electrify America station triggered the 250 kWh to show up for me.
