Can't be EVERYTHING or you wouldn't of ever had any initial interest and stuck around the forum for over 300 posts... Must be at least SOMETHING they did right.
Designed a great car (hopefully) although over here in the UK we don't know how good or bad it is. Trust me when I say, I ordered the car in November 2019 on the release day. Ford's lack of communication with us in the UK has been nothing short of abysmal. From October 20 to late '20 to Early '21 to Spring '21 and we are now almost summer and only today will the first cars (about 5) be on the road. I would have cancelled long ago if those false promises hadn't been made. so no, NOTHING right at all yet. When I EVENTUALLY get my car, I'll let you know

also, have a look at my 340 posts and have a little read of the "UK Customers" thread. We have all been treated like crap over here.

Feeling for you. Especially if you need a replacement like yesterday like it became for us trying to source an EV for the next. Model Y fell through after months and now we will never buy a Tesla as long as Musk is in the picture and they have the apple soup nazi approach. Don't know your vehicle history but I have been driving for 45 years and can tell you if you love driving (not making noise) you may find this one worth waiting for if you can. Maybe a lot of the bugs will be ironed out when you do get yours and you will not have all the growing pains some are experiencing right now. Relaxing pleasurable is what I would describe the MME on highways. Welcome to the new normal. Hoping this years is better than the last.

I/m keeping my Alfa 4C for "Best". My Grabber Blue FE has been sitting in Antwerp for 8 weeks undergoing "quality" checks. Just so frustrating when we gat no feedback from Ford.

Ta have not been following it as you. Hoping the ICE is not best after the FE.

You can disable the honk.
That's why I noted the only option is to disable the walk-away feature. It doesn't need to be an all or nothing. It is handy when going other places to hear the horn indicating the MME is locked, but waking everyone up in your house when it blows in the garage is frustrating. Just need a trusted places option.

Trust me when I say. There is NO WAY that the MME will be better than the 4C. Maybe for shopping for groceries but not for driving.

One thing I would like Ford to improve for a future model year is easier access to charging and replacing the 12V battery. Hiding behind a cover with easy to break snaps is not ideal.

My vote:

Direct communication with the teams that directly support the MME. It all starts with communication and if we had that with real answers with real faces behind the answers, it would go a long way. We speculate so much on the forum which is due to a lack of direct communication. Ford needs to stop hiding and start interacting with the customer on a regular basis. Maybe a create a EV triage team who directs the questions to the right folks. If it must CSM's they should at least have direct access to the folks in the know. There are smart folks over there, they can figure this out. Twitter is not the answer nor is having to individually seek out an executive for help with even the simplest things.

Oh, abolish ADM for EV's.

OTA - a real change log and rollout schedule

I love my MME - some warts but they all seem to be taken care of via SSMs

The issue I have is the wait to get into the service department for software updates.

I feel lucky that I read this Forum (THANKS ALL), instead of going into the service department (after a 3 week wait) to tell Dustin my drivers door won't open with the button, the alarm goes off sometimes, etc I can tell him I have issues that SSM 49676 seems to take care of. Plus the PaaK is still intermittent could we try SSM 49784.

So, my ONE THING is the ability to request these SSM's via an overnight OTA update.

Sorry Ford dealer, but you seem to have all the work you can handle, plus a lot of MME owners are not on this forum.

I could be biased because I come from a support background but IMHO the ONE THING that Ford (Farley) seems not to realize is that a software platform like the Mach E requires knowledgable software support. There needs to be an obvious and dedicated way to get support in the form of a knowledge base (that has explicit steps in it) and online/phone contacts. I've been on this forum a long time, and it is clear that it is a far better repository for help and information than anything available from Ford.

OK, Mach E Owners - we know that Ford folks monitor this Forum, but with the Mach E, F-150 Lightning, Bronco, etc., they are busy peeps. So - what is the ONE THING you would ask Ford to improve or correct?
Me - fix the sound system Fader button - it automatically resets every time I start. I'm using the work-around described on another thread, but please - isn't that an easy OTA update? And - the fact that this is my "ONE THING" - let's you know I am enjoying my Mach E - it is an amazingly awesome driving/ownership experience.

Have you had the SSM update for PaaK applied?
Chatted with a tech on the app, sent me to the dealership. I had it applied by a Ford Dealership about May 7th. They claim the vehicle is up to date now. I have never received a notification on Ford Pass that any update was applied, guess it doesnt update via vehicle. It took them all day, but they did it. I have the latest version of Ford Pass installed, phone as a key still does the same thing. Gets to the copy/paste screen, then gives me a connection error. Samsung 20 Ultra, wife has iPhone Max 10 and does the same thing.

After the update, I tried it in front of them. Didn't work. I had to fly out the next day for work for a week, he assured me he would continue trying to trouble shoot it and get back with me. Never happened. Called twice within the past week, was promised they would call me back. Never happened. Not trying to blabber on in a thread, it is extremely annoying and one of the biggest reasons I bought the vehicle.
