? Track Your Mach-E Order by VIN # and Order #

My MME has been built and according to Ford, is supposed to be delivered to the dealership between July 21 and July 27. We are now on the latter end of that date range and I have heard nothing from the dealership or Ford. A VIN # was assigned almost a month ago.

However in using the Tracker Tool supplied in this thread, I get the message "Can't Retrieve this VIN". Anyone know what that means?

Hilariously mine *DOES* have a built date of 7/16 but doesn't show as shipped, only in production... Even though I have a shipped date and delivery estimate. Maybe their entire system is borked...

Mine is the same. production date of 6/29, but says built 7/16. I have an eta of 8/20, but still doesn't show shipped.

My eta went from mid august to 10/31, to 8/20, now to 9/2.

Anyone else? My production week was June 28th, but built July 16th.

It looks like are cars were built together. My delivery went from 8/13 to 10/31 It is now currently set for 8/28 delivery

Built 6/21 delivered 7/27 and picked up today 7/38!! From Gosch Ford in Escondido who had no idea about Ford options and gave me a little trouble at first but then when I showed them where it was they apologized a lot and all the numbers were good. Even accepted X Plan with no problems.

For people tracking these things, the car was in perfect shape. No weird gaps around glass or wind sounds. BUT I do have not only a very high pitched electrical whine from the smaller display, but also sort of a rattling or like motor turning sound.

I don’t care enough to complain right now though as I’m happy to have such a great car after not having a car at all for 4 months to the day! Thanks for all the conversations here, made me feel so prepared today.

My understanding is that is merely when Ford updates or accesses the window sticker. It doesn't mean much in terms of what's going on with the actual build or movement of the car. My window sticker hasn't changed, but that date changes once a week pretty much for months now.

Mine shows In Transit, and the dealer said he'd have it (Miami) by 8/25. The below are the rest of the info i have:
- Production Date: 7/16/21
-ETA End Date: 10/30/21 (What does this mean?)
-Location: Kansas City (via Palsapp)

Should I be skeptical of what the dealer said regarding when he is receiving the car?

Probably. But if it has genuinely shipped, there's at least a chance. Does the tracker show a "Ship Date"?
