Hello Fellas,

This is my first post here. Take it easy on me. I just purchased a RWD Standard range Select today in NJ. Did the Ford options (-2500 off msrp). But the dealer marked up the price by $2000 as there are no RWD available in NJ. Sothe Options plan has compensated for the marked up price. Got the NJ discount off msrp. Anyone in NJ trying to maximize the rebate look out for the RWD. Right now rare but be patient. I had to keep checking daily for like 3 weeks. Looking forward to be part of this forum. Cheers.

Personally I wouldn't pay a markup, but in our area they're only offering a $1000 options incentive, so I think you netted out alright actually, welcome to the forum and enjoy the new ride!

YOu did just fine. Ford Options credit won't be around forever, and the cars don't last long on the lots. I paid $2700 over and got $2500 Options credit. Beats ordering one and paying for gasoline while you wait.

I have a deposit on premium ER RWD at MSRP no markup + $2k charge up. Didn’t know there was a discount on options plan. Will have to ask when I pick up the car and go with that.

If anyone’s looking my dealer has an AWD Select with tech package in Bangor Maine for MSRP. They do Options Too. It’s Black. It’s the sister to mine. Delivered on the same truck In Early May. Built in March.

If I wanted two payments, My wife would have it, but I just cannot do it in this Economy And she loves the Ioniq EV.

in Maine you get $2000 rebated instantly, so it’s $12,000 off with federal incentive (assuming you can use it all) and Options rebate but the State applies to residents only.

It is hard to sell EVs in a City area with no fast chargers within 75 miles and only two level 2’s that do not work.…Bangor Maine.

I do know the Market is Hot in CA, NY, NJ for sure. Enjoy your Mach E….they are so much fun. What color? Options did you get?

So many dealers in NJ are doing it. NJ has an EV Rebate going on. Add Ford's option rebate too and the dealers are getting greedy. Not much choice left tho for us as finding a RWD select is almost impossible here in NJ.

Has anyone ever heard of luxury sales tax over $50k? I live in NJ, but purchased the car in NY. My dealer in NY is asking for $98 in owed sales tax.

Not sure I agree. I've seen a few dealerships in NJ not going over MSRP. Got mine at one of them.

Did you buy the Select RWD recently? Coz this specific model is going over MSRP. Anything above 45k is going at MSRP.
