My wife keep telling me “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!” and will accuse me of screwing things up unnecessarily. Maybe she’s right but I’m still going to check this out.

Or as an engineer I used to work with would say: ”If it be fixed, don’t broke it.”

Of course this was usually in response to Marketing and their creeping featurism.

It should work, but why bother getting a Bronco FOB for a Mustang Mach-E? It's not any cheaper as one can get a used one for $30 and a new one for $75.

interestingly the car remotes people have the mustang fob for 169 and the same fob but with ford logo for 79

I wouldn't. It's hard to have a matching FCC ID when it comes from a land without the FCC.

Different frequency. So no, it won't work. Maybe if you replace the RFA too. Possible that all of the antennas wouldn't match the frequency well enough. Not sure how specific they are. Could seriously reduce range.

Yeah, I would imagine the antennae would have SWR issues unless they’re integrated into the modules.

Maybe @Ford Motor Company will take this as feedback and issue a version 2.0 North American fob with the front trunk release button ?

My dealer and Lambeth locksmith were more than happy to assist and help me to reprogram my keyfob. Many dealers refuse to reprogram keyfob because of security concerns, technical limitations, and lack of knowledge.
