“Silly me, it was in my pocket this whole time! “ ?
Good thing the dealer wasn’t thorough and didn’t delete the old key lol.
He said when I went in that the old key wouldn't work any more. But it does. Good thing they're pretty much incompetent at Ford.

Maybe see if you can get by with one before you spend cash on the second fob and having it programmed. (The fob was like $80 but the programming was $172 for me.) I’ve found that PaaK is a really variable thing among owners. It works great for me, and I leave the fob for my wife. I’ve never used my own fob at all, and now I kind of wish I’d just saved the money.

Once you have 2 keys you can program the third key in less than 30 seconds. Literally. Because if you take longer than 30 seconds the process doesn't work. My third key programmed the first time.

A regular motif for a handful of forum members. ?
I am sure you are right, I do wish they would have given two keys but not a big deal that they didn't. If they come back and offer a second key I will take them up on it and have 3 I am probably the oddball here but I usually buy a 3rd keyfob

I wonder if some dealers are just keeping keys to give to customers that complain, which could be concerning.
That or the same guy that decides which car gets loaded on the train is picking which car gets two keys lol

Call your dealer and ask them to provide you with your second fob. You can reference this SSM if they say it only came with one.

My Premium MME went into production 06/28/21 and was built 07/16/21. The car came with 1 key fob and although I tried to get Ford to provide a 2nd key fob, I was not successful.

I agree that I was not entitled since my production was prior to 07/07/21. Luckily, my PaaK is working fine so I didn't need it. My wife carries the only key fob in a faraday bag in her pocketbook. It's her car, not mine. I buy it, she drives it. Married 45 years that's how it works.
