@ElectrifyCLT I received the same useless email that you did.

I just called Ford customer service and the guy told me the following:

- My car entered production on October 7
- For some reason (he doesn't know) the Mach E's are taking 20-30 days to build.
- He estimates my car should ship 7 days from now.

I waited on hold for around 8 minutes to get this update. And while I'm not sure how much stock I put into all of it, it was at least nice to have a human provide me with some additional information.

If true, it sounds like their trackers are broken or severely lagged. I'm OK with that answer if it holds!

I just called Ford as well and got less help than you @RedDeadRegen. They reaffirmed that the status was "in production" but had no other dates for me. I asked if they had a date of when it actually went into production, and the rep said "not sure, maybe the 25th"?

Guessing I'll just wait and see what happens. Not in any real rush but oh well.

It sounds like we’re all in the same boat. My dealer told me that my build date was 10/14. So I think most of our cars are near completion. He said late November was when it’s supposed to arrive but im not that optimistic lol. Either way I think we’re still good for a late year delivery

congrats! Was curious about your updates, did you have a build date, estimated ship date etc?

kinda disappointing that we all don’t have the same communication as others for our cars

In the same boat as most of you here; 10/11 build date and still waiting. I noticed today that the date at the bottom center of my window sticker (in the white border area, not under special order) updated at some point, and now has yesterday's date (10/26). Does this have any significance? Sorry if this was discussed previously, and I missed it.

So @veronicablack has been noticing that changing as well. I noticed it changed last week, but in the past I never really noticed or even paid attention.

The current thought is that it means nothing. So ?‍♂

I wish I had less of a sense of urgency, but the wife is about to pop and she demands more room for all the baby crap ?

That and the GTI is a bit hard for her to get in and out of with a massive baby bump

I had a build day of 10/16, but got the "built" notice on 10/25, then today got the "shipped" email and the shipped bullet on my tracker page filled in. Never got an estimated ship date.

I just checked my window sticker (including a previously downloaded version and a fresh one from the ford order tracking site), and the date there does align with the production date I was given over the phone by Ford customer service.

Not sure how many parts they have to screw together in order for production to have officially started tho...

Where is the date you’re looking at on the window sticker?
